What changed, for whom, and did it last?
Fentro intends to track reach and attendance, confidence and agency, practical and digital capability, qualifications and portfolio evidence, employer exposure, and progression into education, training, employment, enterprise, volunteering or appropriate specialist support.
Where proportionate, follow-up will examine whether progression lasts. Reporting will include completion, attrition, missing data, participant voice, limitations and changes made to the model.
