Programme delivery
Facilitation, specialist teaching, safeguarding, venues, resources and coordination.

Fund the first proof
Fentro is seeking founding funders and corporate partners who want to improve youth engagement in Rhondda Cynon Taf, the Valleys and Wales, and who value honest learning as much as headline outcomes.
The case
Young people who disengage from education or employment are often described through deficits: missing qualifications, confidence, experience or motivation. Fentro tests a different starting point, the interests and behaviours already sustaining their attention.
The proposed pilot combines sector Discovery Days, a 16-week digital marketing and enterprise pathway, youth voice and supported progression. The immediate aim is re-engagement. The longer-term aim is a model that can show which activities lead to meaningful and sustained next steps.
Fentro will not publish impact claims before there is delivery data. Funders will receive clear reporting on reach, participation, learning, challenges and outcomes.
What funding unlocks
Facilitation, specialist teaching, safeguarding, venues, resources and coordination.
Travel, subsistence and practical support that prevent cost from becoming another barrier.
Baseline measures, participation records, qualitative insight, progression tracking and an honest pilot report.
Safe coordination, partnership development and the core infrastructure needed to deliver well.
The offer to partners
Founding partners can support the full pilot, a Discovery Day, participant access, youth voice activity, sector pathways or evaluation. We will agree clear outputs and reporting at the start.
